Biography

John P. Gullo II has over 32 years experience in the practice of law, including working for a large law firm in Buffalo, New York in the commercial litigation and insurance defense departments. He also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office, a Chautauqua County Legislator, and as an Adjunct at SUNY Fredonia.

His criminal defense practice includes all felonies and misdemeanors, DWI and traffic offenses. As a former Assistant District Attorney now in private practice, he has experience with the defense of matters small and large.

Mr. Gullo’s work on real estate matters includes work for residential and commercial clients, as well as a number of lending institutions.

The business and corporate work of the firm includes start-ups, incorporations, leases, contracts and all other aspects of small to medium-sized businesses, except tax matters.
